Group Blog

My group will be the same as the music video project. This includes Lili, Aleiah, and Brianna. My group stayed the same, because we observed how we collaborated together and saw that we functioned great. I am working with them, not only because they are my friends, but also because they are extremely respectful and patient. My group and I each give a different strength into the process of filming. Putting this together, we build a power team that will help us achieve our goal of receiving a good grade on our project. For instance, Lili helps with deciding on locations and scheduling the dates. Also, she is the best one in front of the camera and knows how to act in certain situations. Aleiah brings many of the ideas and helps write many of the descriptions for our scenes. She also helps us understand the little details that may not pop up into our heads for the film. Brianna helps lighten up our imagination and inspires our ideas. She knows how to handle the props and makes them relevant to the scene. Lastly, the aspect that I bring to the table is that I record and take pictures of everything. I love film and usually I'm the designated photographer. Also, I think of many of the ideas at the commencement of our project to initiate conversation and get the ball rolling. Furthermore, using our past experience of how we work together, this will help us use that familiarity to be comfortable asking each other questions and being around one another. I believe my group is the best to work with because we have each others backs and understand how we communicate. We all have tolerance, kindness, and trust towards one another. I know that Lili, Aleiah, Brianna, and I will make an impressing result after the hard work that we are about to put in once this project further continues. I will take part in group discussions and assist in any shape or form that I can. "Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much."
