Comparing 9, the short, and 9, the full-length movie

9 (Short 2005) - IMDb

We got going by watching the short movie, 9. There was no talking, and it only lasted for around ten minutes. I anticipated there would be some talking when I first started watching the movie. Doing or possessing would significantly improve the short film's quality. Not only would it improve, but it would also make the plot simpler to comprehend. I was confused about what was happening numerous times throughout this short video. Throughout the entire movie, I had no idea what was happening or what the plot was. Without any conversation, it was challenging to follow. I had to rely on reading the characters' body language to make sense of what was going on.

It may have been nicer if the characters had made minor noises to represent their various emotions. But with little rag dolls, that isn't very simple. It would be simpler to grasp if it included this dialogue, but they could also add a lot more. In movies, dialogue is a significant component. Without it, they may nearly appear uninteresting and as though little effort was put into them, in contrast to this one. My group and I both thought that, aside from the dialogue, this was a decent little short movie considering what it was.

When it comes to the whole movie, there are many spots where there is a noticeable difference. In the beginning, there is dialogue between the tiny rag doll people. Exactly as I previously anticipated and indicated, this gave the movie a ton of additional details. A considerably more distinct story thread and plot are the following difference on the list. The characters were attempting to reach a real ending, which was clear. Numerous new characters that performed distinct roles in the movie were all presented to us. However, we also encountered certain recurrent figures from the short movie. In fact, the short film had a few minor spoilers that weren't helpful for the lengthy feature.

For instance, we witnessed the demise of several characters as well as the numbers hanging from the backs of characters. Naturally, we believed the full-length film to be superior, but both were enjoyable to see and had unique positive qualities that distinguished them from one another.
